The process of fabric production.
1, Weaving grey fabric. Normally we have ready stock of common collections. So we can short the time of delivery time.
2, We will inspect the grey fabric before dyeing.
3,Dyeing. We choose advanced dyeing vessels, so that we can improving color accuracy.
4,Heat-setting. After dyeing, the fabric need be heat-setted. This step determines the width, the weight and the hand feel of the fabric. As well as some functionality.
5, Inspect again.
6,Bonded or coated or printed or other treatments.
7, Final inspection and packaging.
About the packaging.
Usually we pack the fabrics with rolls, and than pack in plastic film. The outrest is a pp bags.
